About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven General Manager to oversee the company’s overall operations. This role requires a strong leader who can manage multiple departments, drive operational efficiency, and ensure the organization consistently meets its performance targets.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Leadership

Manage and oversee the company’s day-to-day operations across all departments.
Supervise and coordinate department heads and managers to ensure alignment with company goals.
Set operational targets and drive teams to achieve them consistently.

Performance & Monitoring

Monitor production, sales, staff performance, security, and overall expenses.
Track key operational metrics and prepare regular performance reports for the owner/director.
Identify operational problems, inefficiencies, or bottlenecks and implement effective solutions.

Compliance & Resource Management

Ensure company policies, procedures, and standards are consistently followed across all departments.
Ensure efficient and cost-effective use of company resources.

Team & Cross-Functional Coordination

Manage staff discipline, attendance, and performance across the organization.
Coordinate closely with the Production Manager, Area Managers, Accountant, and Security Team to ensure smooth cross-departmental operations.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business Administration or related field).
5+ years of proven management experience, ideally overseeing multi-department operations.
Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to manage large teams across diverse functions.
Solid understanding of business operations, reporting, and performance management.
Preferred Attributes
Experience in production/manufacturing or a similarly operations-heavy environment.
Hands-on, high-accountability leadership style.
Strong problem-solving skills with a track record of operational improvements.
