Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the finance function with strategic oversight on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
  • Drive financial analysis to support business decisions and long-term strategy
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
  • Ensure full compliance with IFRS, tax laws, and corporate governance standards
  • Manage relationships with auditors, banks, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies
  • Optimize working capital and cash flow management across the organization
  • Review and enhance internal financial controls, policies, and procedures
  • Lead cost control initiatives and support profitability analysis
  • Supervise finance teams across multiple units or business lines
  • Present financial insights and recommendations to the board and senior leadership

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking abilities
  • Advanced knowledge of finance, accounting, and taxation regulations
  • Proficiency in financial systems (SAP, Oracle, or ERP platforms) and MS Excel
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage high-stakes financial operations
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and attention to detail

Salary: Market Competitive

Qualification: CA / ACCA / CMA / MBA (Finance)

Experience: 8–10 years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
