Job Responsibilities:
- Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
- Maintain and update payroll records, including attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions
- Calculate salaries, bonuses, benefits, and final settlements
- Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for employee status updates and payroll inputs
- Prepare payroll-related reports, bank files, and payment summaries
- Handle employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and taxation
- Generate and issue salary slips, tax certificates, and provident fund statements
- Assist in payroll audits and ensure proper documentation is maintained
- Keep abreast of changes in tax laws, minimum wage policies, and statutory requirements
Skill Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance
- Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software (SAP, ERP, or other HRIS systems)
- Good understanding of tax laws, EOBI, SESSI, and other labor regulations
- High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and coordination skills

Qualification: Bachelors’ in Accounting, HR, or Business Administration
Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in payroll processing
