Job Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll accurately and on time for all employees
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including attendance, leaves, overtime, and deductions
  • Calculate salaries, bonuses, benefits, and final settlements
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams for employee status updates and payroll inputs
  • Prepare payroll-related reports, bank files, and payment summaries
  • Handle employee queries related to payroll, deductions, and taxation
  • Generate and issue salary slips, tax certificates, and provident fund statements
  • Assist in payroll audits and ensure proper documentation is maintained
  • Keep abreast of changes in tax laws, minimum wage policies, and statutory requirements

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and statutory compliance
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software (SAP, ERP, or other HRIS systems)
  • Good understanding of tax laws, EOBI, SESSI, and other labor regulations
  • High level of accuracy, integrity, and confidentiality
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Effective communication and coordination skills

Salary: Market Competitive

Qualification: Bachelors’ in Accounting, HR, or Business Administration

Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in payroll processing
