Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the financial reporting process, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery of monthly, quarterly, and annual reports
  • Develop, implement, and maintain robust internal controls and financial policies
  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis in collaboration with departmental heads
  • Ensure full compliance with IFRS, tax laws, and all statutory requirements
  • Manage the audit process and liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulators
  • Supervise the accounting team to ensure proper ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and financial records
  • Monitor cash flow, working capital, and cost control measures to maintain financial health
  • Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership for strategic decision-making
  • Drive automation and process improvements in financial operations
  • Support the CFO in strategic planning, M&A assessments, and business risk management

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong command over financial reporting, accounting standards, and regulatory compliance
  • Proficient in SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and leadership skills
  • High integrity, confidentiality, and professional ethics
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and manage multiple priorities

Salary: Market Competitive

Qualification: CA (Qualified) / ACCA / CMA / MBA (Finance)

Experience: 8–12 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership or controller-level role
