Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and direct all financial activities, including corporate finance, treasury, accounting, tax, and investor relations
• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s overall vision and growth plans
• Provide strategic financial insights to the CEO, Board of Directors, and executive leadership team
• Ensure financial stability, risk management, regulatory compliance, and sustainable profitability
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance monitoring across business units
• Drive capital structure optimization, funding strategies, and stakeholder engagement
• Supervise audit processes, internal controls, and governance frameworks
• Represent the company in front of banks, investors, and regulatory bodies
• Lead M&A, joint ventures, and investment projects from financial feasibility to execution
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team with a culture of accountability and innovation

Skill Requirements:

• Visionary leadership with strong strategic and financial acumen
• In-depth understanding of IFRS, tax regulations, corporate finance, and capital markets
• Expertise in financial modeling, risk management, and business transformation
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced financial tools
• High integrity, resilience, and decision-making under pressure

Qualification: CA / ACCA / CMA / MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution

Experience: 15+ years of diversified financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years at the C-suite or executive level
