Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and executing audit engagements in accordance with auditing standards
  • Perform detailed testing of financial transactions and controls to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Document audit findings and prepare workpapers for review by senior auditors
  • Identify risks and control weaknesses and suggest improvements
  • Support the preparation of audit reports and communicate findings to management
  • Coordinate with client personnel to gather necessary information and resolve queries
  • Maintain audit documentation and ensure compliance with firm policies
  • Stay updated on relevant accounting standards, laws, and regulations
  • Assist in special audits, internal audits, and compliance reviews as required
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous process improvements

Skill Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of accounting and auditing principles
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and audit software tools
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Salary: Market Competitive

Qualification: Bachelors’ in Accounting, Finance, or related field (ACCA / CA / CMA part-qualified preferred)

Experience: 1–3 years of relevant audit experience
