About the Role
We are looking for proactive and detail-oriented Area Managers to oversee day-to-day operations within their assigned areas. The ideal candidates are strong on-ground leaders who can manage staff, maintain standards, and keep operations running smoothly with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Area Operations & Supervision
Manage overall operations within the assigned area.
Supervise employees, ensuring proper attendance, discipline, and conduct.
Ensure daily targets and company standards are consistently achieved.
Performance & Coordination
Monitor staff performance and report issues or concerns to the General Manager.
Coordinate with the Production Manager where required to align on operational needs.
Operational Checks & Problem-Solving
Check stock levels, equipment condition, cleanliness, and general operational readiness.
Resolve routine staff and operational issues promptly and effectively.
Reporting & Compliance
Prepare daily area reports covering performance, issues, and operational status.
Ensure company policies and safety procedures are strictly followed within the area.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2–3 years of supervisory or management experience.
Good communication and leadership skills.
Ability to manage employees and resolve operational problems independently.
Preferred Attributes
Experience managing frontline or floor-level staff in a fast-paced environment.
Strong ownership mentality and comfort working with minimal oversight.
Ability to stay calm and solutions-focused when handling day-to-day issues.
